Each month, a friend of OTTO will add one or two signature items to our menu. On select days throughout the month, they will join us to practice their crafts.
During the month of November, three of Dave Arnold’s cocktails will be added to our menu. Each Monday night, he’ll join us to tend bar.

About Dave Arnold
Dave Arnold is an award-winning food writer and contributing editor for equipment and food science at Food Arts. He lectures around the country at universities and industry conferences. He has been featured in Food & Wine, Time, the New York Times Magazine, Esquire, the Economist and Popular Science, among other publications. Arnold serves as the Director of Culinary Technology of The French Culinary Institute at the International Culinary Center where he teaches several courses including sous vide and hydrocolloids. He lives in New York City with his wife and two sons; the family’s high-tech kitchen was featured in New York Magazine.
